Space reservations
When you register for a 24 h race, you are required to book a box or parcel too. In order to do so, there will be a dropdown menu in the registration module which will show you the free spaces for your discipline. There are specific parcel spaces for the various disciplines. In order to send off the registration, the parcel/box has to be selected. You can find an overview on the site plan below.
We only have very limited possibilities to fulfil special requests concerning the parcels. This applies to oversized spaces as well as for special locations. The first step is booking. Simply select any free parcel. Then send us an e-mail with the booking number, participant name and starting number and then inform us as to your special request. If possible, we will change your reservation and the parcel you have initially booked will be free again. There will be the following possibilities:
- Oversize: Oversized spaces can only be located in section “E”. There is a limited number of these spaces.
- Merging different disciplines (e.g. individual riders with groups of 4): Basically, this will not be possible. You can, however, make a request which we can only decide upon shortly before the event. Taking up individual riders (with no extra space claims) into the parcel of a team is of course possible though.
- Merging of teams: In this case it will be up to you. When booking, simply select adjoining parcels. If you wish to put the spaces together at a later point please see section “space cancellation”.
